My lady love,
Who does not even look old enough
To be a mother,
Made the most
Of enjoying her daughter’s birthday jaunt,
And believe it or not
Corinthians
Was twenty two yesterday,
And apart from her bronchial
Tonsils
Is in the prime of life,
Although the amnesia
That affects her
Is more than likely to increase,
So please,
Whatever happens,
I hope Tammy didn’t pass on her camera
For a picture,
As Corin would take it correctly,
And no doubt perfectly,
But forget what she’d done with it,
Or even where the photo went,
And in the event
She remembered
Would probably drop the whole thing
Whilst handing it back,
And she’s such a sweet lass
To be plagued in this fashion,
But at least she has years on her side,
For treatment to hide it,
As long as she recalls
That she needs it.
